    3rd-2nd Century B.C

    Exquisite female torso in high relief wearing chiton hanging in luxurious folds with himation draped over arms, arms positioned as if resting on hips.

    Head bearing slightly to the right with eyes gazing toward the ground, surmounted by head of curls tied in bun on top of head.

    Charming example of Late Classical sculpture .
