Ancient Knives & Blades
Invaluable as a weapon as well as a tool, knives have been brandished in the hands of man for the past two and a half million years. Although our collection cannot lay claim to any examples quite so old, it does reflect the broad historical and geographical span of the knife’s development. From blades demonstrating the novel metallurgy of the Bronze and Iron age, to finely carved handles exhibiting Roman craftsmanship, please enjoy browsing our selection of hunting, cooking, carving, and sacrificial utensils.
