Fortuna
In Ancient Roman pantheon Fortuna, the equivalent of Greek Tyche, was the goddess of fortune, good luck and fertility. She was often represented holding a cornucopia and a ship’s rudder. A popular representation, she appears frequently on the reverse of Roman coins and on intaglios, in the hope of bringing good fortune.
