European Bronze Age Bronze Ring-Shaped Pendant

A fine bronze ring-shaped pendant, dating to the European Bronze Age. The main body of this piece comprises of an asymmetric ring, where the width thickens upon its right side. The stem features a series of carefully cast ribbed bands that lead to a rounded suspension loop. The obverse of this pendant is gently convex, while the reverse is flat and unworked. An impressively vibrant patina covers the attractive grey-toned surface of this piece.

Date: Circa 1200-900 BC
Condition: Fine condition with minor chipping in places along the edges in addition to patches of patination.
