A fine Near Eastern-Western Asiatic gold pendant, featuring a large gold hoop at the centre which is further embellished with one deep blue glass bead and two electrum beads. A gold loop has been attached in antiquity to the top of the pendant for suspension. Below the hoop sits three beads, two coral with a deep blue glass bead in between.

Gold would have been hammered down to a thin layer and manipulated into different shapes. Gold, electrum and silver jewellery would have featured gold granules, glass and semi-precious stone inlays and detailed engravings.
