Near Eastern Terracotta Chalice

A Near Eastern terracotta elongated ceremonial chalice featuring a convex foot with a long, thick cylindrical neck leading to a wide mouth with a slightly everted rim. Traces of earthly encrustation is visible to the surface and  minor chipping to the neck, as well as a crack to the foot which has been previously repaired.

Date: Circa 2nd-1st Millennium BC
Condition: fine condition, slight chipping to the neck and foot has been repaired.
